FAQs
How do the webinars work?
Webinars are simply presentations that you can view and
listen to online from your personal computer.
What do I need to do to get started?
1. Click on the webinar you would like to register
for. You will be routed to a registration page for
that particular webinar.
2. Fill out the required information and click on
‘Register Now’.
3. Once you are approved for the webinar, you will
receive a confirmation email that will have
the instructions
on how to attend the webinar.
How much do the webinars cost?
They are all complimentary and sponsored by Apex Energetics. Our webinars

What are the system requirements?
PC-based attendees
Required: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003
Server, Vista
Macintosh®-based attendees
Required: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or
newer
Are your webinars live or recorded?
All of our webinars are done live. The advantage of doing it
live is being able to have a Q & A section at the end of the
webinar with the presenter.
Do you provide notes for the webinar?
Once you've logged on to the webinar, we will provide a link
for you to download the notes for that particular webinar.
The notes are available to webinar attendees only.
Why was I declined to attend the webinar?
Registrants go through our screening process to make sure
they are existing, qualified Apex Account holders. If you would like to
